At the new Museum of Lancashire (opening autumn 2011) you will be able to dig up history ! Try your hand at being an archaeologist – that’s someone who digs in historical sites to find old objects to tell us how our ancestors lived.

You can uncover objects from the past, piece together a Roman pot and discover Lancashire’s history over 2000 years!
